The MyRemote section of our product boasts a Mobile Remote Control for your Jio Set Top Box. This feature aims to simplify the control of your Jio Set Top Box by utilizing the mobile application in conjunction with the physical remote control. We have ensured that all features and key functions of the physical remote control are incorporated into this section, thus enhancing your overall user experience.

We took your feedback into account and acknowledged the difficulty many users face when inputting text on their TV screens using the on-screen keyboards. In response, we have introduced a new feature in this version that allows you to type on your mobile device's native keyboard, enabling you to easily enter text in text fields on the STB screens.

In the MyRemote section, we have also added a gamepad known as the Mobile Gamepad. This feature allows you to play games on your mobile application through the Jio Set Top Box in JioGames. Unlike the physical remote for STB, the gamepad on the application adapts to the specific controls required by each game and eliminates unnecessary button clusters. This significantly enhances the gaming experience by providing simpler and more intuitive controls.

The MyMedia section provides convenient file access both within your home and remotely from outside of it. Simply connect a storage device to the router or STB to access your files. Furthermore, it allows you to view and share local media content with other devices connected via the same Wi-Fi network. Additionally, you can create personalized playlists for songs and albums, as well as choose to play media, songs, videos, and photos on other supported screens connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This feature is particularly useful for viewing content from your mobile device on a TV connected via a Jio STB.

Lastly, the My Network feature displays information regarding the network and devices connected to your JioFiber WiFi network. It provides a detailed overview of customer devices connected to both the JioFiber Router and JioExtender units.
